Who can use DesignMD’s AI tools?
Anyone can explore the tools. Running one requires a DesignMD account with an active Pro membership, which includes 450 credits for each paid month.
How do credits work?
Every tool has a fixed credit price, shown before you run it. Credits are held when a run starts, spent only when its result is saved, and released automatically if the run fails. Balances reset each paid month, and unused credits don’t roll over.
Where do my results go?
Every result is saved privately to your workspace, so you can reopen and download it later. Designs created from screenshots also appear in your workspace’s design list.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Paste a link, upload a screenshot or describe your brand, and the tool does the heavy lifting. Results come back in plain language with clear next steps, ready to copy, download or share with your team.
Is my work private?
Yes. Runs and results are visible only to your account, and uploaded images are processed in memory rather than stored.
What if a result isn’t quite right?
Each result separates what was measured from what was inferred. You can edit generated designs in the workspace editor, or run a tool again with clearer input or more context.
